Lineage lives at the heart of my work. Including some of mine on this site is a way of honoring the roots I come from, the ones who came before me, whose choices, wounds, love, and resilience shape my life in seen and especially unseen ways. Their presence reminds me everyday that healing is not just individual, it’s generational.

By bringing my ancestors into the space, I affirm that I do not walk alone. We are held by those who walked before us, and through this remembrance, we open the door for deeper connection, restoration, and belonging. I come from a line of medicine women, of strong men and a lot of heart.
